"And If by Yes" was written and directed by Jozef K. Richards and completed at age 19. It stars F. Justin Horton as the man and Jozef K. Richards as Techno Satan. It is the fifth of five "Phoenix Skits" produced in Phoenix, Arizona by Jozef K. Richards.
